Celebrating Alberta's Best Rock Artists Through "On The Verge:
Alberta's Best Rock" CD Collection
Calgary, AB -- November 19, 2005 -- Cyclone Records is pleased
to announce the release of the rock compilation CD, "On The Verge:
Alberta's Best Rock."
This compilation celebrates the wealth of talent
originating in Alberta and, with this being Alberta's Centennial celebration,
there is no better time to showcase the wealth and breadth of talent
the province has to offer.
Over one hundred artists were pre-screened
prior to final selection of the fourteen artists appearing on the
disc. Spanning the various sub-genres of rock, this disc holds 80
minutes and 20 songs that will grab your attention and leave you wanting
more.
In alphabetical order, the artists are:

These artists are considered the crème
de la crème of their genre and several have appeared on documentary
soundtracks. Additional information on each artist is available by

The CD was professionally replicated through
Sony-Toronto and includes a 16 page full-colour booklet where each
artist has their own page to display information, photos, etc. about
themselves.
A tour in support of the release is currently
underway and dates will be available shortly.
