CD REPLICATION
CD replication is the process of pressing CDs from a glass master
and far exceeds duplication (burning) in quality and prestige. This
is the method that all major labels use to produce their artists' CDs.
Our CDs are pressed by Sony Music (Toronto) and all printing
is completed through Sony's print shop. The bottom line is, these guys
know how to do CDs and have released everything from Sesame Street to
Springsteen.
Cyclone Records offers a two-tier pricing system:
-
If you are seeking to release your CD through another label or
independently, we can offer pricing that beats pretty well everything
out there. Call us for a quote before you decide... you won't be
disappointed.
-
If you agree to release your CD through Cyclone Records
(subject to approval), you will receive even better pricing, plus
you will receive the promotional benefits of this website and whatever
other promotional initiatives undertaken by Cyclone Records. CDs
released through Cyclone Records will also be available for sale
and/or download through this site.
A minimum run of 300 CDs is required due to the initial set-up costs
of the glass master and photo separation/photo-ready images required
for inserts and traycard. For runs under 300 units, please refer to
our duplication service.
